The waste oil recycling machine initially removes impurities and water(Vacuum dehydration process, dehydration heating temperature is about 60℃– 80℃); then, vacuum flash vaporization on heated oil(Distillation heating temperature is about 230℃–300℃. Heating temperature is not the same due to different oils.)The base oil is evaporated into gas at high vacuum degree, then, cooled by tube cooler, and return to original liquid oil, and collected in the oil collector, and transferred to the oil drum by oil pump. The discharged gas is exhausted into air after processed by deodorizer.
