Simple and versatile
The operating structure of Peak-ABC system is so simple that anyone who knows how to operate a computer would find it easy to learn and use the software to process the analysis results.
1. This software is structured in such a way that all the elements of the analysis starting from acquisition of chromatogram through to printing of analysis report are neatly stored in one source document called Chromatogram file;
2. We apply Document window technique and related techniques such as Multi-Document window, Split window, and Multi-thread so that you can perform many job functions conveniently and concurrently;
For instance:
- Re-processing of an acquired chromatogram can be carried out while acquisition of a new chromatogram is in process.
- Displaying a few Chromatogram files at the same time so that moving from one to another can be done by making just one click on the mouse.
- Accessing and manipulating the various elements of a Chromatogram file is made easier because the whole analysis process is intelligently presented within one screen.
3. During acquisition of data signal, we apply our patented Noise Filtering Method to eliminate noise so that we can detect even the weakest level of signal close to Baseline noise;
4. During integration of chromatogram, system would select the most appropriate integration method to process each detected peak (under Default integration). Most importantly, setting of many complicated processing parameters has been intelligently automated so that the number of parameters that you need to adjust is minimized to only one in most of the cases;
5. Should you need to make post-acquisition changes to the integration method selected by Default integration, Manual integration can be applied by making only three clicks on the mouse;
6. When acquiring simultaneously from the dual detectors of the same instrument, you can merge the two chromatograms acquired in the two channels into one Chromatogram. Youcan also append the two Results table of the two channels into one Results table;
7. Merging of a few connecting or non-connecting peaks (of the same chromatogram) can be performed on a real time basis or during Manual integration;
8. During Qualitative analysis, we apply the Start point/End point of peak method which is more straight-forward and easy to apply. Moreover, identifying the retention time of components can be done by making just two clicks on the mouse;
9. During Quantitative analysis, the whole range of Quantifying methods have been intelligently structured to save you tremendous amount of operating time;
10. During reporting process, you can customize the format of analysis report in MS-Words or WordPad application to be inclusive of the chromatogram, the calculated statistics and external reference information;
11. Working with Auto-sampler could be fully automated to analyze series of sample of similar or different mixture;
12. Overlaying a few chromatograms with the option of stretching and shifting overlaid chromatograms is made easy by the unique Chromatograms compiler;
13. Calculating of Average component quantity and Standard deviation of various statistics of a series of analysis have also been made easy by the unique Results tables compiler;
14. Other available features are calculating of Plate number and relative resolution, performing Baseline subtraction, Export to Excel etc.
