Common troubles and troubleshooting of MG-II-T Oil Test Set
1. No voltage shown and no breakdown in test vessel when test is started.
①Open the box of test set. Check if any part is broken;
②Check resistance value of green power resistance 30ohm/20W;
③Replace broken part with new one.
2. Sound alarm and test set does not work when test is started.
①Make sure insulation door is in right position;
②Replace door position sensor with new one;

3. No voltage shown when test is started. But breakdown in test vessel is normal.
①Open box of test set. Check if some wires are disconnected;
②Check ICs in main board if some ICs are damaged;
③Replace bad ICs with new ones.
4. Breakdown values are very low. Voltage output is normal when no test vessel between electrodes.
Relocate test vessel between electrodes.
5. Testing value is not accurate.
