Bahrain tender for supplying and commissioning of transformer oil analyzers
SUPPLYING AND COMMISSIONING OF TRANSFORMER OIL ANALYZERS: DISSOLVED GAS, FURAN & PASSIVATION CONTENTS (Electricity Transmission Directorate)
COLUMNS
The selection of column criterion such as column type, construction, diameter, particle type & size, etc. should perfectly suit the furan analysis of transformer oil. Columns should also facilitate ultra-high throughput, multi-method and automated method development solutions.

The column compartment should be temperature controlled ranging from 10 Deg C below ambient to 100 Deg C for a flow rate of 2.5 ml/min and to 80 Deg C for a flow rate of 5 ml/min with a capacity for a minimum of two columns including a column switching valve and connection capillaries. The column should have temperature stability of +0.05 Deg C and accuracy specification of 0.05 Deg C and accuracy specification of +0.5 Deg C.

The thermostat controlled column compartment should have two temperature zones working together for long columns and working differently for short columns. This compartment should also accommodate a suitable heat exchanger and a valve drive for switching between columns to automatic column regeneration, sample preparation and column back flushing.

DIODE ARRAY DETECTOR
Ease of use Diode Array Detector for superior UV detection sensitivity with low dispersion and baseline robustness, including fast spectral acquisition at data rates up to 160 Hz for narrowest chromatographic peaks. The detector module should also have electronic temperature control to enhance the resistance to ambient temperature effects. The DAD should have a suitable light source and the operating wavelength for furanic compounds determination in Transformer oil. The detector should have the facility to record the instrument set points and the radio frequency identification tags incorporated into the lamp and flow cell cartridge.
