Bahrain tender for supplying and commissioning of transformer oil analyzers
SUPPLYING AND COMMISSIONING OF TRANSFORMER OIL ANALYZERS: DISSOLVED GAS, FURAN & PASSIVATION CONTENTS (Electricity Transmission Directorate)
It must accommodate at least 100-vial capacity having high-volume sequences in removable multi vial racks. The racks should be suitable for in-rack vial capping and resistant to transformer oil.
It must include minimum three vials in priority positions that allow running urgent samples at any time. It must have infinite throughput enabled by three 36-vial racks that can be exchanged while the Headspace Sampler is operating.
It must have at least 10 vial air-bath vial oven for optimized sample overlapping and for precise temperature control of every sample throughout its equilibrium time. Vial Equilibration time must be from 0 to 999.99 min in 0.001 min increments.
It should have vial cooling plate (5 Deg C up to ambient) with temperature sensor to allow the critical samples to remain cold until the time of analysis.
Alignment and leak checking of each vial during pressurization should be fully automatic without time-consuming calibration and to ensure that every sample is properly capped.
It must have integrated Headspace Sample Bar Code Reader with data transfer capabilities that allows tracking samples before they enter the oven. It should also be accompanied with a printer, software, templates and labels to print barcode labels for the Headspace Sampler. The barcode labels must be within the specification of the barcode readers on the hardware.
The purging of sample and vent path between each analysis must be fully automated. It must be designed to conserve electricity, gas and other valuable resources between samples and between sequences without sacrificing productivity.
It must be compatible with hydrogen carrier gas that enables lowers operating costs and decreases analysis time. It should contain column and gas clean filters. It must provide superior sampling flexibility by supporting different sizes vials of virtually any style within a single sequence.
It should come with comprehensive software that guides through method development and resource conservation, beyond sample handling. It should come with a crimpling tool for proper capping of vials with easy adjustments.
It must have controlled venting to allow vial pressure to be released gradually while the sample is being analyzed. The sampler should have easy and fast conversion between different methods of development.
At least 800 Sample vials of 20 ml, 1000 septas, and hand crimper must be included with head space sampler.
