Bahrain tender for supplying and commissioning of transformer oil analyzers
SUPPLYING AND COMMISSIONING OF TRANSFORMER OIL ANALYZERS: DISSOLVED GAS, FURAN & PASSIVATION CONTENTS (Electricity Transmission Directorate)
OVEN
• Operating Temperature range: Above ambient to 450 Deg C or better.
• Should have heating rate up to 100 Deg C/ min. or better.
• Oven Cool Down: should have fast cooling facility (Cryogenic), from highest possible oven temperature to 50 Deg C within 5 minutes or better
• System must have large volume oven to accommodate two columns (one packed + one capillary column or two capillary columns or two packed columns) simultaneously.
• Columns should be selected such that they are suitable to match with the required hardware specifications for Transformer oil gas analysis.

HEAD SPACE SAMPLER
The sampling technology should be the latest & best sampling technology with time-tested hardware features like advanced pneumatic controls, valve based sampling with simple method development. Hardware should be capable of optimizing multiple sample overlap factors in specific method parameters to maximize throughput, while maintaining constant heating time for each sample.

The sampler should have standard electronic pneumatic control (EPC) with standard compensation for barometric pressure and ambient temperature, adjustable pressure / flow set points, selectable gas settings.

It must have robust valve and loop headspace sampling system with standard full electronic pneumatics providing complete control of the sampling process and allows independent vial pressurization and GC column head pressures.

System should have control & monitoring by full function chemical resistant key pad, multiline display with English language settings, status indicating LEDs, display for set points & running parameters and Service Indicators for changing septum, liner, syringe, etc. System should have enhanced control of instrument scheduling parameters and sample specific information and power ON self-test reporting.

The software should include
1. Comprehensive user interface to deliver real-time system status including sample-by-sample progress indicators.
2. Programmable sequence actions to prevent system malfunctions caused by missing vials, data errors, or other problems and system not ready.
3. Integrated help to go directly to topics that are relevant to the screen at that moment.
4. LAN interface and integrated control via manufacturer's data systems.
5. Instrument utilities enabling firmware update and local /remote diagnostics.
